Hans Group To Serve As Film, Television And Licensing
Agent For Fineline Holdings throughout India

NEW YORK, May 24, 2005 – Fineline Holdings, Inc. (FNLH.PK), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a contract with the Hans Group of India where the Hans Group will serve as marketing agent to market Fineline's cartoon character groups for the television and film industries in India, as well as assist in the licensed merchandising industries. The Hans Group companies have substantial resources in these areas and have been involved in significant projects in the entertainment industry in India for the past 20 years.

Fineline Holdings has developed and owns a large library of cartoon characters – presently 216 characters in 22 character groups -- which can be viewed on their website at www.finelineproperties.com. The Moodies Group is presently represented in another merchandising arrangement, the details of which may be viewed at www.finelineproperties.com.
